This power-packed smoothie is adaptable to different fruits – but both peaches and blackberries, with the addition of almonds, provide heart-healthy soluble fiber. Try it with nectarines and rasperries, or peaches and blueberries, too!
Ingredients
2cupsvanilla soy milk
2cupsfrozen peaches
1cupfrozen blackberries
2tablespoonsalmond butter
2tablespoonshoney
½teaspoonslivered almonds
Instructions
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Serve, garnished with almonds if desired.
