Spa Index Kitchen Notes
We made our own Frozen Yogurt. We added Fage Greek Yogurt (fat free) to our ice cream freezer, with a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a swig of maple syrup or sweetener (use your favorite) to taste, and froze. For those not using toppings and keeping the sugar low, we'd recommend using both red and green apples, to make the base less tart.
