Pumpkin is a super food and Pure Maple Syrup is a natural alternative to refined sugar.
Ingredients

cold canned pumpkin
(not pie mix)

(skim) milk

plain non-fat Greek yogurt

plus 1-1/2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate

Vermont Maple Syrup
(or use Honey)

Dash of ground cinnamon

Dash of ground nutmeg
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Add more milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
