A sweet, tart and savory topping for your holiday appetizers. Fresh cranberries, ginger, jalapeno and mint combined to make a colorful treat.
Ingredients

fresh or frozen

Jalapeño peppers

Splenda Sugar Blend (or granulated sugar)
or other sweetener of your choice

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in salsa maker or small food processor.
Chill 2 hours and serve.
