Ingredients
1wholeAvocado
150gramscrab meat(tinned or fresh)
Juice of half a Lemon or Lime
Chili Flakes
Pinchsea salt
Instructions
Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Cut in half length ways.
Drain the chilled crab meat if tinned, or use chilled fresh, add to a bowl.
Add the juice from half a lemon, chili flakes and salt for seasoning.
Mix together and top the avocado halves.
