Watermelon Lemonade – Cocktails, Mocktails and Spa Party Drinks

This light and refreshing Watermelon Lemonade quencher is perfect for warm summer afternoons by the pool or in the garden, or after a long walk and a jog. Plus, it's full of Vitamins A and C.
Ingredients
- 7 cups cut-up watermelon cubes seeded
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice or use 1 cup of either juice
- ½ cup fresh lime juice or use 1 cup of either juice
- 1 cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener Granular or 24 SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Packets
Instructions
- PROCESS watermelon cubes in a food processor, in batches if necessary, until smooth.
- Press mixture through a sieve into a pitcher; discard solids. You should have about 3 cups watermelon juice.
- ADD the lemon juice and SPLENDA® Granular or SPLENDA® Packets, stirring until SPLENDA® dissolves.
- Serve over ice. Garnish with Lemons or Limes.
Spa Index Kitchen Notes
A great "light mocktail" is to add half of this mixture as a base, and then top it off with club soda for a bit of a fizzy lemonade. Also very good with a salted rim -- trust us.

Really, really, really good and refreshing, thank you. We also used the club soda and salt and it was a real hit with my friends. The one who wasn’t dieting added a shot of Vodka. Just saying.
