Sugar Free Watermelon Raspberry Popsicles
No Ice Cream Truck Needed! This recipe for Sugar Free Watermelon Raspberry Popsicles is fast, easy, and appeals to everyone. You can use your own popsicle molds, or just a set of paper cups and popsicle sticks, and you’re good to go. Think about interesting add-ins, as well, like mint leaves. Thanks to Splenda for sharing.
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon - seeded and diced
- 1 cup fresh rasbperries
- ½ cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
- 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a small bowl, pressing firmly to extract as much of the liquid as possible. Discard pulp.
- Pour extracted juice into molds and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
