Sugar Free Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups ice cubes
- ¼ cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Serve immediately in frosted mugs.
This was very decent as an emergency “ice cream dessert” when I didn’t have any and didn’t want to go out to the store.
I had no use for the SF cocoa packets, really. I’m not a hot chocolate drinker and I had some from a gift basket. So made these frozen pops. Pretty Good!
