A low calorie Tarter Sauce for your favorite Seafood Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt - plain non-fat
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle - finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon drained capers - coarsely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 1 small shallot - minced
- 1 pinch dillweed - optional
Instructions
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Chill until serving time.
