Dairy Free Mexican Hot Chocolate – Skyterra Recipe
A favorite holiday treat gets an update to dairy free. Skyterra Wellness Retreat created this rich, spicy and delicious version of the holiday classic chocolate treat. Serve as is, or add your own personal flair.

- 2.5 cups Almond milk - unsweetened
- 1 cup Coconut milk - full fat, canned
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Bittersweet dark chocolate - chips or pieces
- ⅛ tsp. Smoked chipotle chili powder
- ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. Kosher salt

- Add almond milk and coconut milk to a medium pot and whisk.
- Bring heat to medium high heat.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients and heat for 2-3 minutes or until everything is well combined and hot.
- Season to taste. Enjoy!
