Dairy Free Eggnog – Skyterra Recipe
A favorite holiday treat gets an update to both dairy free and egg free (but we’re still calling it Eggnog!). Skyterra Wellness Retreat created this rich, spicy and delicious version of the holiday classic nog. Serve as is, or add your own personal flair.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cashew milk - unsweetened, and homemade if possible
- ½ cup coconut milk - canned, full fat
- ⅓ cup raw cashews
- 4 whole dates - pitted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg - fresh ground
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Pinch ground cloves
- 1 Pinch sea salt or pink salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.2 cups cashew milk, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/3 cup raw cashews, 4 whole dates, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 Pinch ground cloves, 1 Pinch sea salt or pink salt
- Serve immediately as is, or add your own personal flair. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly ground nutmeg on top.
- Store in fridge for up to 7 days in a sealed container.
- Enjoy!

Pretty good if you have to go dairy free
I am on the 1st day of a dairy free diet plan. I’ll try to stick at it with food recipes from spa chefs! Eggnog is good all year, and over ice!

Good but not fantastic and that’s because we are having a tough time eliminating dairy! I know we don’t need it but it sure is good.
