Pritikin Spaghetti Squash and Tomato salad
The Pritikin Eating Plan recommends you eat at least 5 (and preferably many more!) servings of vegetables each day. They’re super nutritious. Plus, you’ll just naturally eat fewer calories and shed excess weight. This healthy recipe for Pritikin Spaghetti Squash and Tomato Salad is vegetable-rich, only takes 3 ingredients plus your favorite dressing, and can be a tasty vegetable and entree, all in one. Spaghetti squash is delicious and a dieter’s dream! One cup, cooked, is just 43 calories. It’ll fill you up but not out. And it’s so versatile. You can top spaghetti squash with just about any sauce you’d use for pasta. When paired with tomato and basil, spaghetti squash is a darn good replacement for spaghetti. Think of it as faux-pasta. Pritikin Outrageous Asian Salad Dressing is available online in the Pritikin Market.
