Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • ¼ cup raspberries fresh
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries cut into halves
  • ¼ cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (non fat or low fat) , low-sodium
  • 1 bunch fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except mint, in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Chill. Serve garnished with fresh mint.
