Oh this marvelous for my teen sons who stopped hacking all the time
It was soothing but I can’t say it was as decongesting as I would like. Might have to use it longer than 2 days — which I only had enough for that much.
I didn’t feel it was as effective as over the counter but it did help a bit.
This is a great collection of DIY, thank you
Hi. Your site is great: it has a lot of useful recipes and is to browse. I learned a lot from here, so I want to ask about a recommended book, called “The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies.” What do you think, it’s worth buying, is it too cheap?
The referenced book by Dr. Nicole Apelian is available direct and on Amazon. Too cheap at $37.00 with $8.99 handling — definitely not. Shipping alone is priced far above media mail and flat-rate mail. That said, many customers left 5 star reviews, a good number also left negative reviews based on the inflated price considering how poorly constructed the book is (low quality materials as opposed to simply eco-friendly) and disappointing content, a poor design, difficult to read fonts, fatiguing spacing, and more. While we have not reviewed this book ourselves and thus cannot recommend or dismiss, we would lean toward purchasing it on Amazon to take advantage of Prime free shipping and to be guaranteed a return policy if you find the book is not satisfactory to you.
