Mynd Spa Salon Closed – Gift Card Exchange
Day spa pioneer, Elizabeth Arden, opened her first spa location in 1910 and it became a symbol of beauty around the world.
In 2019, her brand of Red Door Salons & Spas were reborn as Mynd Spas & Salons.
Sadly, less than year later, all Mynd Spa Salon locations were shuttered permanently, following bankruptcy proceedings.

Sadly, this one was such a S-Storm that few merchants are willing to take on the enormous population of cheated former clients and customers, by honoring discounts at any level.

Is there any recourse for my Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa gift certificates

You’re right, it’s a sad end to a storied brand and yet another group of employees mistreated after already suffering for a year. Shameful and dishonest and not at all surprising.
Has anyone had success getting a refund for purchased gift cards?
We have not been informed of a single person who received a refund (of those we’ve communicated with since the closure) — so we welcome any information from the public.
I just called 844-772-6963, the phone number on the back of my Myndspa.com gift card. I was told that I could use the unexpired value of my gift card at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, JC Penney or Sears. I haven’t tried that yet.
Do not use that number. The people that pick up want your credit card information. When I called they are a third party company and would NOT tell me their company name. I got hung up on twice. DO NOT CALL THE 844-772Mynd njmber
