At Spa at Biltmore Village, we believe your spa experience should be luxurious, comfortable, and customized to your individual needs. We are committed to bringing you results-oriented treatments and impeccable customer service.
Our amenities set us apart – we offer lots of extras including a luxurious robe and slippers for each spa service. Curl up in our relaxation area while you sip on a complimentary beverage. Included with most of our treatments are aromatic foot soaks, warm neck wraps, hot towels and lots of other extras.
The owners have also made a conscious decision to make their spa green. Practices like using glassware instead of disposables; water filters instead of plastic bottles; and using natural and organic products when possible. The spa buys local products as well, displaying an assortment of jewelry and products that are from the region.
Open 7 days a week. Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm. Before and After Hours appointments are available with advance notice subject to availability.

This Spa is a hidden gem. Very close to the Biltmore Estate main entrance. You will find this awesome place in Biltmore Village. Very relaxing boutique spa with welcoming caring staff. The massage therapist made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Loved every minute of it.
This is the first place I went for manicures, pedicures, facials and massages when I moved to Asheville, and I’ve not gone anywhere else. They do a great job, the atmosphere is calming and everything is clean. I love a day at this spa!
The staff here is fantastic. My wife and I both got hour long massages and it was a great experience. We scheduled ahead and they were great about reminding us of our appointment. Once arriving, they made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. After the massages they were not pushy about leaving and let us take all the time we wanted. We'll definitely be coming back here next time we're in Asheville
