Awesome, place to visit, although they need better beds in their rooms, other than that, Great.
If you want patrons to keep pumping money into the machine, at least CLEAN UP FOR US. Not impressed. The machines are still filthy, buttons stick, not a single machine was moved even an inch for "covid cleaning". People are smoking everywhere and anywhere. At last half of the people I saw (other than staff) were not wearing masks. I finally took mine of because it was so hot and no one was protecting ME anyway. I saw a couple of actual physical altercations between disgruntled visitors. I'm pretty sure all Mystic Lake did in while closed is tighten down the machines to the max allowed to get ready to make money on reopening night. I should have known not to expect much but everyone was eager to "get out and get back to normal." If you decide to go, go off-hours and protect yourselves.
They did NO cleaning on any regular basis on the casino floor. I wiped down my own stools, chairs and slot handles, gaming consoles. I did see staff clean restrooms, but that was it for public areas. Masks were not enforced -- at least 50% of the guests were not masked. Smoky hot mess of a casino area, which shouldn't come as a surprise. Drinks have to be fetched from the bar, so you miss your spot if you leave. Slots are tight, not fun. Spa was closed but I've had many massages here in the past, so I know its great. Staff friendly. Service not bad. Guest rooms was cleaner than usual, but not as clean as it should be (there was trash in the waste bin and cob webs on the light fixture.
