Several inconsistencies with this resort that can be easily fixed! The grounds were very peaceful and everything was conveniently attached with walking paths but the landing areas outside the rooms were very run down and musty. The room itself was large and comfortable with a nice porch but nothing really made it feel cozy. Some of the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the DJ, but the rest didn’t even barely acknowledge guests. I can’t say that we had any real complaints but our stay still left us wanting just a bit more.
I would recommend staying here to anyone. Very clean, relaxing, peaceful resort. We brought the kids this time and they had endless amounts of fun.
Lower floor rooms were extremely noisy from the guest above. Front desk staff actually asked us to approach our neighbors upstairs to ask them to quiet down! Nor did they know the room number of the room we were complaining about. Never going back.
