I had a wonderful experience! Leighana did a fantastic job resurrecting my hair from my DIY/pandemic cut and making me look presentable again! She struck the absolute perfect balance of cute and polished but easy to maintain. First time in a salon since the pandemic, and was pleased with the COVID safety measures. The place itself bright and airy and smells amazingly. Check in and out were seamless and easy. Can't wait to come back!
I had a terrible experience. Booked a pedicure well in advance and it was cancelled (by the salon) at the last minute. I know life happens, but the staff was quite rude about it and didn't offer any alternatives. I would love it if they were more solutions focused in situations like these. Bad situation and rude staff to top it off. I think I can find a $100 pedicure elsewhere.

I had a facial appointment with Gigi and it was fantastic. I loved the aesthetic of the salon. My facial was very relaxing and he recommended a few products to try to help my skin. Booking online was super easy and I appreciated the health and safety precautions taken in light of COVID-19. I will definitely be back!
