What a gem of a place! The staff treated me fantastic! It was so nice to take a little time for myself and get that recharge I needed!

I wish I could give them 0/5 stars. I called to make an appointment for an eyebrow wax and tint the lady told me I needed to give payment info over the phone. I scheduled it earlier than I usually wake up, and I didn't so I was 30 minutes late. I called and ask them if I could still come in for my appointment or reschedule the date and then they told me I can’t get my refund which they didn't mention from the start. I would like to have my money back for not getting my service now. What a scam.
SPA INDEX RESPONSE: Peach, there is no "scam" when a spa reserves a time slot for you, which you didn't arrive for because you overslept. The time was reserved for you. As you point out, you want a refund for a service you didn't get, but on the other hand, if they gave that to you, the spa would lose income for the time reserved for you, after you failed to appear. You lost on a reserved time-slot for you, and the spa couldn't resell the time-slot to another patron after the fact. Cancellation policies are a well-established procedure in most spas, and it's regrettable you were unable to make it, and couldn't call until after the time slot was already passed. Fortunately, the spa accepts walk-ins so you can return and try again when you are well-rested. OWNER RESPONSE: We're sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We do require prepayment because we've had issues with no-shows. We actually have refunded money in the past (5 times to one person in fact!) and it simply hasn't worked. When a guest doesn't show up for an appointment, that means we've lost revenue. Our business simply would not survive if we didn't enforce our cancellation policy. We do send out multiple text reminders for any appointments so if you've signed up for those, that always helps too! We do value your business and truly hope you'll be back. We’re happy to take walk-ins or appointments the day of so you’re sure welcome to do that too if there’s availability!
