Lied Lodge & Conference Center – Nebraska City

Lied Lodge & Conference Center is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers, a full service facility, and offers 144 well-appointed guest rooms featuring work-study areas and data-ports, a fine dining restaurant, a cocktail lounge, an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, spa, and fitness center. Walking trails, jogging, and nearby golf are available for relaxation.

The Spa

The Spa at Lied Lodge will help you relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Treat yourself the way nature intended in The Spa at Lied Lodge, offering a full menu of spa services designed to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed, including massage, skin care, body masks and scrubs, waxing, manicures and pedicures.

The Lied Lodge Spa Club is an ideal way to soothe your body all year long. As a Spa Club member, you will receive certificates for twelve 50-minute Swedish massages that are yours to use whenever you wish — or even to share with a friend.

The Cuisine

Fruits, cider, and a variety of vegetables grown on Arbor Day Farm are incorporated into entrees in Lied Lodge’s Timber Dining Room, providing the freshest options for our guests and greatly reducing the miles traveled by our food items. Other items, like meat and fish, are sourced locally and organic whenever possible.

Green Lodging and Sustainable Solutions

With environmental programs that focus on trees, conservation, and environmental stewardship, Lied Lodge & Conference Center was designed to serve as a resource for the Arbor Day Foundation members, other conservation-related organizations, teachers, forestry professionals, and any other organization or company wishing to use a centrally located, high quality, and reasonably priced conference center.

Lied Lodge & Conference Center has won the American Hotel & Motel Association’s prestigious Enviro-Management Award for “developing a culture of integrating environmental management practices that improve everyday operations and the bottom line, while maintaining quality service and meeting guest expectations”. According to the American Hotel and Motel Association, winners of the award must demonstrate success in one or more of the following areas: energy conservation, solid waste reduction, effluents and emissions, water conservation, purchasing and business issues
