Juvly Aesthetics Med Spa – Fort Lauderdale

I absolutely love Juvly Aesthetics in Fort Lauderdale. Megan Miller PA-C is irrefutably one of the best injectors I have ever encountered. Juvly is a 2 hour drive from Estero yet I choose to make that commute anyway. I think that speaks volumes regarding her talent. She is knowledgeable, informative. and doesn’t rush through the appointment. My results are always astonishing and virtually painless. If you want the best you need to go to the best. I assure you that you will not be disappointed!!!

I have been going to this place over 2 years. I have always been happy with it. They had 2 -3 very skilled injectors and a ton of availability. Unfortunately, all have left. Dr. Harper is now flying in to do everything. He is amazing and I saw him a few months ago, that is not the issue.

I would like to reiterate again how great and wonderful Dr. Harper is.  However, the issue is that there is no availability and I have a monthly package in which I have pre-paid $99/month for the last few years, banked a ton of credit to be able to use, and now I am held hostage with no ability to book anything at my convenience -- only when Dr. Harper flies in.

They said that they've hired more staff but I only see 3 appointment dates 3 weeks out from today, this is not the way to do business with people who have memberships and want to use those memberships.

When you call, they say they don't know when anyone will be there other than those few dates and they can call you when they have a last minute opening. Keep in mind, I am also busy with a professional career, as well, the same way the MD's are who are flying in every few weeks. My time is also valuable. I should not have to rearrange my entire schedule to get something done for which they have already been paid.

Juvly should consider refunding customer's banked money if they cannot provide a service at customer's convenience, which is what we signed up and what we paid for. The only way to fix this is to hire more master injectors.

This has been going on 4-5 months now, it is not a new issue You would think it would be fixed by now.

The two injectors Rafina and Diana left to open their own studio (yay). Unfortunately, I purchased a year membership with Juvly, at more than $1,000. There are now no appointments or providers working in the clinic, only Dr. Harper who flies in - but no dates are available to book. I spoke with customer service Karen Martinez on the phone, who refused to refund the prorated yearly membership cost, even though there are no appointments available to book, and stated she would put me on a “wait list” for when Dr. Harper will be back in Florida. Yet she has no idea when that will be. This is unbelievably unprofessional, it is not the customer's fault that there is no one to provide the services. Very disappointed.
