Outstanding! The attention to detail, person touch, and quality of the facilities and service is top-notch. And, not for nothing, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. We loved our experience at the spa as well. Thank you!
My friend and I stayed here for a weekend girls getaway in June 2023. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived until our departure. A beautiful venue (2 weddings while we were there) and great food. Our massages were heavenly (thanks Bob and Missy). Also a shout out to Barb, Julia and the entire staff for being so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning in September.
My husband and I always try to book independent, boutique-style hotels when we travel and The Inn at Leola Village has become an instant favorite. It's in a great location, just a quick drive to so many towns we wanted to visit during our trip (Lancaster, Lititz, Intercourse), but we honestly wouldn't have had to leave the resort. It truly is a little village with everything you need. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant and because there was a spa on site I convinced my husband to get his first pedicure! We stayed in a parlor suite, which was beautiful and spacious, but I think we'll visit during the summer next time and try to get one of their poolside suites.
