Hawks Cay Island Resort – Duck Key

Worth every penny! I’ve been here at least 10 times in the last 5 years and it’s always amazing. The spa is the best in the Keys!

This is a very beautiful property. The staff were amazing, very friendly and keen to our needs. Michel from housekeeping made sure my room always had everything I needed, she is excellent at what she does. My only disappointment is in that your bedtime is pretty much 10AM. There is no night time scene at this resort. Your best bet seems to be renting a car and heading to Key West about 45 mins away. I would definitely return and take my family instead of a mommy getaway I was hoping for.

This is our second time here and love it. Coming from New York this is in my opinion the best place to stay this far south. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The establishment is kept very clean. They offer a valet service for your vehicle as well. They have seven different restaurants to choose from to eat. Along with multiple bars throughout the resort. There is a saltwater man-made Lagoon with fish that you can do a little snorkeling in if you wish. The pool is outdoors and heated open 24 hours. There's also a Jacuzzi / Spa surrounded by landscape to give privacy for a more private relaxation experience, the tiki umbrellas are illuminated all night around the lagoon. There is a dolphin encounter on location as well. They also hold meetings and conventions in conference rooms on location. FYI.... they do have a discount for those who served or currently serving in the military or currently law enforcement. It's called a "hero's discount ". All in all great time, great place, great experience, we will be back!
