I can't talk a about the Hotel but because we booked a spa appointment for a couples massage. When we booked it over the phone we talked about all the amenities and the pool and Hot tub is what we were looking for. We get up there and screaming kids and kids jumping all over. They said the pool and spa was for spa guests only -- well not that time. So really disappointed. The 14 head shower and massage was good though. They need to figure out the pool and spa though. For $500 that we spent should have been better.
Warning! They don’t let you use the spa amenities unless you have a spa appointment! This policy is different since we last stayed there prior to Covid. So, 4 tired Moms went to stay the night there and we just wanted to sit in the steam room. They wouldn’t let us. We offered to purchase a spa treatment but they were all booked. They don’t have a sauna in the gym or at the pool -- those are the only amenities available to guests. What kind if 5 star hotel doesn’t have a sauna for their guests? The indoor pool is a terrible echo place full of screaming kids and smells like chlorine. Also HELLO update your rooms! Everything from the colors to the patterns of the carpet and wallpaper is hideous. Saving grace was the Mothers Day buffet. It was all very delicious. But seriously, you could have just let us use the steam room.

You expressed your dismay at why you don't like using the shared amenity (the pool area for all hotel guests). It's overpopulated. The spa was also booked full, and those guests, in turn, could easily have been dismayed by four ladies (or more) enjoying taking up space in an even smaller steam / sauna area -- an area they were expecting to use with their booked and paid services. It's a pity you didn't get to use every amenity of the spa without a service, but this policy is standard throughout the industry. -- Spa Index
This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, the bathroom felt luxurious. Loved the delicious chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we got to our room. Parking was easy, though you do have to pay each evening for the parking. Came to experience the spa and the hotel. Will return again. Thank you.
