Goldfingers Aesthetics – Lake Mary

Avoid this company! I was seen at the Northdale location on two separate visits, both times by injector Robert Franceskino, and that’s when the nightmare began,… on my second appointment I had tear trough, filler, upper lip, and jawline, injected with filler. A few days later I developed swelling’s with painful nodules which were hot and painful to the touch. I called the clinic immediately with my concerns. I was reassured by the receptionist that the injector said it’s just seasonal allergy-based told me to take Benadryl and Claritin during the day . I proceeded to do that, and one day later I ended up with more swelling’s larger in size very painful. I called the clinic again to which his receptionist said he’s not here he’s busy at his other job. I will let him know you called, I said can someone see me now? she responded No! no one’s here to see and the injector is busy at his other job. The injector will call you when he has time. He finally called two days later, he said again that it’s just seasonal allergies but he decided to send a prescription of prednisone, pack, and an anabiotic, I started taking approximately 4 hours later when he actually sent the prescription to my pharmacy. On day 6 after finishing the medication, I developed severe swelling around my eyes that I was barely able to open my eyes. I contacted the clinic again. This was on Sunday. No response Monday morning. I contacted them when they opened at 10 AM. No response finally I get a call back from the receptionist at 11:30. She said the injector is not here no one can see you. He’s going to send another steroid to your pharmacy and he will give you a call. Several hours pass,.. prescription was never sent. I called and text the clinic again. She finally responded hours later. She said that the injector Robert is too busy at his other job to send the prescription over he’ll do it when he has time . He eventually sent the prescription over at 4 PM on Monday., and he never called me on Monday. The next day on Tuesday I sent them a video of my worsening swelling’s around my eyes and jawline and lip. The injector Robert Franceskino finally returned my call at 12:40pm on Tuesday. He said it’s not a reaction to the fillers, again that it’s seasonal allergies and rub lotion under my eyes and put cold compress on my eyes. He also stay dad. When are we going to do your chin? You’re not swelling there are you? That’s when I thought what the heck, this guy is incompetent, and just wants my $$ and wants to disfigure me. That’s when a coworker referred me to different skin care facility and I was glad she did!! I was seen promptly by that aesthetician, she took one look at my face and she said you’re having an allergic reaction to the fillers and infection and recommended to dissolve all fillers immediately and I showed her the medication‘s that Robert Franceskino had prescribed to me, she said they’re too high of a dosage. And she adjusted my medication‘s. She did several appointments of filler dissolver, which was excruciatingly painful. But I was so happy that she took such good care of me and got all the fillers removed.  She was knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious . She listened to my concerns, and got right to work, to fix what was botched by Gold fingers Aesthetics. She cleaned my face off properly and she has a wonderful bedside manner, as these sessions were very painful. There was also her coworker in the room with her to help with distraction methods for pain management. It was night and day from what I experienced at my visits with Goldfingers Aesthetics in Northdale. Now I know what an aesthetic office should be like! Ladies and gentlemen, please stay away from Goldfingers Aesthetics, all locations (they have 25 locations).

And to top it off, they have yet to return my phone calls and/messages, I also reached out to them on social media as well to no response .I have not been refund, helped in any way, by this chop shop. I found out it was infection and wrong fillers placed, and place to superficially with a severe allergic reaction.

5 star. The Dr. here is kind and gentle. Office clean and lovely. Recommend highly.

I have asked over 10 times to have my medical records either emailed or mailed to me and they refuse, which is against the law. I filled out all their forms. They are a terrible aesthetic practice and had an untrained doctor in sculptra inject me improperly which caused multiple nodules on my face that have not gone away in over a year. Then they injected me with a substance they told me would help to break down the nodules (granulomas) and it caused divets under the nodules, which made my face look worse. According to Galderma who makes Sculptra, they must report adverse events to them and I called Galderma to find out that Goldfinger did not. I just wanted to provide the medical records to another doctor to see if it could be helped and they won’t even give them to me. Buyer beware. Stay far far away from Goldfingers.
