Calm, peaceful vibe. Therapist had great moves, hot towels, the whole package was above and beyond.

My massage therapist, Emma, was awesome! The spa was very clean, kept, and looked after and I could tell the front desk staff paid particular attention to the details. I scheduled a group of ladies to attend the spa and each call with the front desk was very accommodating and they were always kind. I appreciate all the wonderful service in a world that is severely lacking in hospitality right now! Thank you for making us feel welcome.

I had a wonderful experience with Colleen, who was both talented and interesting, answering several questions I had, and the reasons why the (included) Finnish sauna is so useful for good health for Portlanders (read about it on their site).   I also thought the locker rooms were quite nice, well appointed and comfortable, as was the lounge and waiting area, where I enjoyed my hot tea before my appointment.
