The services menu on the website is very outdated (and so is the website itself). I signed up for 90 minutes deep tissue thinking it was $140 as shown online. At the time of my massage I was told it’s $175 and it was more of a take it or leave it demeanor. I decreased the massage down to 60 minutes. Aromatherapy is not worth a $20 add-on, but this is the cost at most other places.
I had a gift certificate to use. Although no one said anything about presenting it before the massage, I was made to feel it was an issue and inconvenience for me to present it for payment. I was told 2-3 times that I should have provided the gift certificate upon my arrival -- but why?
The massage itself was lovely. Walls are thin though, so noise travels easily.
Overall, it wasn’t the experience I was looking for, and I wish I had been gifted a better experience elsewhere.
This area is pretty upscale; therefore, the Grand Spa presents the same upscale expectation. I scheduled a spa day for my sister during her visit to Atlanta. The customer service and experience was excellent, location and cleanliness of the spa perfect. Upscale comes with a tag for some. The service was about $150-200, well worth the investment. My sister was satisfied.
I had a really relaxing pregnancy massage the pressure was perfect and the therapist that I had was so good at what she did. The establishment is clean and neat. It is a upmarket spa worth every cent.
