Seems to be improving since Bally's acquired El Dorado! Still some refreshing and upkeep/upgrades to be done, but better than it was a year or so ago. Everything went according to plan. Wife enjoyed her spa day, called it a "strong 3-4 stars" with room for improvement with timeliness and noise level (chatter). Our food was good. Room was acceptable. Prices were good.
I've had many massages in my lifetime, and hands down Emily was the best! I can't even think of the right word other than just AHHHHMAZING, RELAXING, AMAZING MASSAGE!
Read some negative reviews and after staying here, no clue how people had negative experiences. Front desk and check in/out was pleasant. The room was huge, bed comfortable, bathroom had shower and separate tub. All around great experience. Casino itself is small but does the job. Spa is closed due to COVID.
