Fat Free Peach Ice Cream
Fat Free Peach Ice Cream combines two summer specialties: ice cream and fresh fruit. Using calorie-free sweetener and fat-free milk cuts calories, without cutting any of the sweet taste. Plus, the almond extract adds a nutty flavor that goes perfectly with the tangy peaches. It’s great served alone, or with an almond biscotti.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Evaporated Fat Free Milk
- 1 cup Fat Free Milk (we love Fairlife brand)
- ⅔ cup Splenda Sugar Blend (or granulated sugar)
- ½ cup liquid egg substitute (reduced calorie)
- ¼ teaspoon Almond extract
- ¼ teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Peaches Fresh or Frozen, chopped (or use two medium peaches)
Instructions
- Combine everything except the peaches in a large bowl, and beat until well blended.
- Stir in peaches.
- Pour mixture into your ice cream freezer and freeze according to your machine's directions.
- Transfer to a Freezer Safe Container, and freeze at least 60 minutes, preferably 90 minutes.
