Twice each month, Civana is home to the Chopra Health Retreat, a special 5-night / 6-day program inspired by Deepak Chopra’s bestselling book “Perfect Health.”  This program shares and teaches the centuries-old Ayurveda healing method, and includes a meeting with a physician, plus a customized lifestyle with wellness and health recommendations, yoga, spa treatments, workshops, and a detox cleanse.
