Low Fat Citrus Pots de Creme
Here is a rich, delicious and decadent mouth-feel of a dessert. This one was a real miss for me. I tried using blood orange juice and imagined it being a pretty pink, but it turned out grey… that was my mistake. But the flavor was very bland, the texture was nothing like pot de creme made with real creme and sugar, and it didn’t smell citrusy. I won’t try this again. Some dishes are worth the sugar… even if it means you can only have a bite.
Easy, attractive and delicious.
