The Ranch at Live Oak Malibu assists guests in re-calibrating their mind, body and spirit through an intensive week long endurance, wellness and nutrition program. Located three miles above the Pacific Ocean in the Santa Monica Mountains, the 15-cottage retreat is beautifully situated on a large working ranch. Ingredients
- 2 whole cucumbers - peeled and chopped
- 1 whole avocado - pitted
- ¼ cup cilantro or basil - chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 whole scallion - chopped
- 1 whole lime - juiced, juice reserved
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 cup water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional Garnishes:
- Cherry tomatoes diced
- Watermelon diced
- Toasted Sunflower Seeds
Instructions
- Puree all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender until completely smooth and creamy.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Garnish as desired.
