This new med spa has lots of potential. They could make it easier for customers to engage and schedule appointments. The phone number currently directs to a corporate number with a full voicemail box that no one answers on weekends. If you want to call to ask a question or book an appointment, you cannot reach anyone. In the online scheduling system, if you need to reset your password, you get stuck on one page. Hope this team gets the systems to succeed!
I had the most wonderful experience with Nadia - first of all, the amount of time and care she took with me was unmatched and her attention to detail/focus on precision is amazing. Having fillers/Botox or any treatment for your face is personal and can definitely be an intimidating experience, which is why it’s so important to see someone you trust. I had a long consultation with Nadia to go over my goals and concerns, and I felt like she really listened and understood what I wanted. She’s very gentle and focused, and I felt really comfortable and safe - and was in love with the results! She’s also such a pleasure to spend time with, and I’m so grateful to have met her. I highly recommended going to her, I fully trust her with my face!
