Pros: The room is nice, but the bath could use an update. I liked the two floor height room. Con: When my husband called and asked if there was a pool, they told him yes. What they didn't tell him was that you have to book a spa treatment to have access to the pool. Why did they not tell him that over the phone?
Had a fantastic stay here for my anniversary. Got facials and the wonderful ladies who run the spa were absolutely amazing. All the front desk staff were incredible and the valet was awesome as well as super knowledgeable and very nice. It was our first stay here but surely will not be our last!
Oh my goodness! This exquisite hotel and spa is hands down the very best my husband and I have EVER been to! We booked a couples massage and facial, and these ladies are the very best around! We live in the Dallas area and I have NEVER had a facial and massage so relaxing, professional and down right enjoyable! We have booked back for a pedicure this weekend and we cannot wait to return.
