The spa is beautiful, but there are more professional places with better business ethics out there. The Discovery Facial should be renamed the "discover your wallet facial." There were multiple requests during the facial to upgrade, which was annoying. Worse, though, was that I brought my teen daughter for her first-ever facial and when we went to check out, there was over $60 of facial up charges which they never even asked her if she wanted. I guess they figured she was just a teenager and they could take advantage of her naiveté. Shame on you Jennifer! You knew better.
The front desk staff did kindly refund the difference.

I love love love the Woodhouse. The location in Littleton is super beautiful and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, and I look forward to wearing robes, drinking beverages and hanging in the relaxation room post-pandemic concerns.
If you are considering a massage, go and book it right now. I see Heather T multiple times a year because of consequences from a neck injury. She is a lovely and warm human and SUPER talented. She mixes relaxation with results every time. Worth every penny!!! Highly recommend deep tissue or back, neck and shoulders with her.
