Ingredients
- 1 cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 whole cucumber, peeled and de-seeded
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns, ground
- 4 whole lemons, juiced, flesh and zest reserved for another use
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (lemon juice only, don't use the peels or zest except as a garnish) in a blender and puree until very smooth
- Garnish with chopped herbs, including more dill, parsley, and green onions, plus a sprinkle of lemon zest
