Carolyn has presented research projects at professional conferences on a variety of topics, including social support and the impact on well-being, reduced anxiety levels following yoga and guided meditation exercises, journaling about three good things on well-being and happiness, and how time spent outdoors impacts happiness, satisfaction with life and mindfulness.
