Established in
2003, Bella Vita Retreat started
out as a private retreat company providing exclusive healthy vacations for
individuals, couples and small groups. With the absence of a group atmosphere,
co-owner Margot Rutigliano realized the need for a more exciting energy
in the program. Having taught boot camp classes at a local health club for
over 5 years, Margot decided to transform Bella Vita Retreat into a multidimensional
retreat organization offering both private retreats and boot camp retreats.

Bella Vita is
a small,
boutique organization offering retreats at the Ocean Sands Resort and
Spa in Fort Lauderdale (Pompano Beach), Florida. Holding retreats
at the resort allows our guests to experience all of the benefits of Bella
Vita Retreat as well as the amenities of a resort.

has a roof top running track, group fitness room, fitness center, full salon
and spa and more. The laid back atmosphere of the Ocean Sands gives our
