Day Spa members are provided with a "SpaFlyer Voucher" intended to attract first time guests. YOU select the terms of your offer, provided it meets our minimum value, and we broadcast it for you. You agree to honor the offer whenever a guest presents it, for the term of your listing. We have selected several common offers, or, you are welcome to create your own. The term for each offer is ONE YEAR and cannot be changed except under unique or unusual circumstances (a service is no longer offered on the menu, for example). For that reason, we recommend the voucher be for "dollars off" rather than for a specific or new service.

For example, if your website lists a First Time Client offer of 25% off, your SpaFlyer Voucher must match or exceed that offer. I understand in doing so, my directory listing will be on the geographic page for spas, but my spa will not receive additional marketing on the SpaFlyer blog, on Twitter, on your "SpaFlyer Coupons" page or in your SpaFlyer newsfeeds, which may greatly impact the traffic sent by SpaFlyer.com and SpaIndex.com to my website.

We will review your submission and contact you VIA EMAIL within 1 week if we have questions or comments. One of the best tools for keeping our rates as competitively priced as they are is that we work electronically to the extent possible. We will contact you via email, and link you to an online proof of your listing for your review and approval. While we are available by telephone and will be happy to talk to you anytime necessary, we ask that you respond to our email overtures whenever possible.
You will have an opportunity to ask our staff any and questions you may have, and, you will have an opportunity to review your proposed listing and request modifications. After publication, you may update your listing with a change in URL, address, telephone numbers, or hours of operation, at any time throughout the year.
Listing periods are for one (1) annual period.
Although our rates may change annually with the increased cost of doing business, member rates do not increase for any new member for a minimum of two (2) years (the initial year and one renewal year).
Listings cancelled at your request or following the closure or sale or transfer of ownership of a spa listings are not refunded.
Average time from payment to listing: 48 HOURS to ONE WEEK, DEPENDING ON VOLUME OF SUBMISSIONS
