Welcome to The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge, located in the beautiful southwest corner of Utah, well-known for its red rock canyon landscape and over 300 days of sunshine per year.
The desert community has 6 State Parks and Recreational Areas and 5 National Parks, including Zion, Kolob Canyon, and Bryce Canyon. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Las Vegas, NV (LAS), located just 90 minutes north of The Resort.

Nutrition
When you visit Fitness Ridge you'll learn how to achieve a healthy lifestyle using our structured program of educational lectures, fitness activity, and calorie-controlled spa cuisine. All meals are prepared by our skillful executive chef with an emphasis on creativity and flavor. Guests have access to on-site licensed professionals,
including a registered dietitian and licensed counselor, who teach how to approach meal planning and recognize habits, such as emotional and intuitive eating. You will learn tools to take home and incorporate into your new, balanced, healthy way of life.
Fitness
Participants are respected at every fitness level, and will be made comfortable and secure in their surroundings. Our large gym features top-of-the-line cardiovascular and strength equipment and our aerobics room is versatile to offer many cardio
classes. There is an activity and program for everyone, including those new to a fitness regime, with more than 20 different indoor and outdoor group classes. The aquatics center is a half-size Olympic pool, hot tub, steam and sauna. Guests can shop on-site for apparel, shoes, books, DVDs, CDs and sundry items.
Relaxation
The Resort employs salon professionals who are committed to helping guests relax following fitness activities. Unwind with a body massage or update your healthier look in our full service salon. Your therapist will personalize your massage, combining a variety of techniques, all geared towards relieving tension and restoring
energy, balance and focus.
