1. Place 30 grams or 2 to 3 rounded
tablespoons of Seaweed Bladderwrack Flakes in a cotton scarf, muslin bag, or cut off
old pantyhose / nylon (doubled);
2. Tie well with string (loose
seaweed flakes may clog drain);
3. Toss in hot bath water;
4. Gently squeeze the pouch while

small batches the Kelp is selectively hand harvested for outstanding
quality. The fronds are then cut with stainless steel scissors, leaving
the stipe intact and kelp fronds to regrow. The Kelp fronds are naturally
ocean rinsed. Carefully separated and hung from stainless steel lines,
the Kelp slowly sun or indoor dries (weather depending) to preserve its
vitamins and minerals and to expose its rich green color. When the weather
does not permit sun drying the kelp is indoor dried by hot air, radiant
heaters, fuelled by propane. The harvest is carried out in a manner which
